Although Ali Pearl did not offer the exact wig color or style I initially wanted, the company accommodated my request by customizing a deep-wave curly wig into a water-wave style and modifying the color from deep brown to light brown with highlights. Their customer service was excellent, and they provided frequent email updates to ensure they fully understood the desired design. Based on the screenshots provided after the highlights were applied, the final result aligned with my expectations. The wigs do have a strong odor; however, I routinely wash and sanitize all wigs thoroughly before use. I cannot yet comment on the hair quality or longevity because I have not worn the wig, and it typically takes several weeks and washes to evaluate those factors. However, there was no shedding after the initial wash, which is encouraging. Overall, the company demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I have ordered several wigs from them and have no complaints, as they have been of good quality.
