Worst service ever
Worst service ever! I bought a Chest Heart Rate Monitor on 4th Oct and the website was saying the delivery would take 5-10 working days, which the date limit would be on 18th Oct. The tracking is stopped in Belgium since 15th Oct and today completed 13 working days since I bought it and I don't receive any information or update about my order. I tried contact for multiple ways but got no response at all. I'm asking to cancel and get a refund as fast as it's possible because I'll buy a Garmin one which is quite more expensive than Coospo, but they deliver a service fully qualified. I bought in that date because I needed it for a healthy exam this morning which I couldn't use as it didn't arrive!! That's a shame service. For sure will never use Coospo devices anymore
