Parts are available not a little pricey.
My 2021 M24pro seems very well made. Some upgrades were made for more waterproof durability. Other parts were added to the lineup for better ride quality like the option for pneumatic wheels. Customer service has been prompt and helpful with minimal language barrier issues. It's mostly the cost of parts that seem high. Even the little hardware stuff. Otherwise it's been tough and strong. Would recommend!
