Scott Phillips was very helpful
I will admit I went into the process with some apprehension because the price looked too good to be true. After my initial conversation with Scott he assured me that he would take care of me and make sure my expectations were satisfied. Although I did not get the price that was originally advertised, I did get a deal that was better than what the airline was offering. He kept his word and my expectations were exceeded. I would recommend using them the next time you travel. Ask for Scott.
