Customer service needs a bit of work
Customer service needs a bit of work. I would (still) like to update my email address. Contacted them via their website back in August. Someone named Pin Hui Lee set up a virtual meeting and no one showed. Sent a follow up email asking what happened and received no reply. So I gave up. Quite disappointing. Once I've earned $40 in interest to cover the withdrawal fees, I will pull my assets out. Obviously I'm small potatoes because I still have a few more weeks to go to generate that interest.
