Horrible experience
Horrible experience, synthetic, orange brassy , I’m out $300 .. customer service was mean , they refused to budge , I sent them pictures immediately, && I tried to say I WAS LYING! .. I didn’t care about the money, I needed this wig , fir a funeral asap, I rushed & toner on it asap then it turned green and ashy .. horrible experience
