This is a fraud company
This is a fraud company. Be careful when getting software solutions from this company. They deducted nearly £2800 from my bank account without prior notice for their renewal for a system I didn't use at all. Didn't send any email regarding the auto-renewal subscription as well. For the first subscription, I paid £3000 (annum, but used only for 1 month) because of its bad performance (QWaiting system). Without any notice, they auto-renewed my subscription and deducted £2800 from my bank account as well. Contacted them for a refund and now they're not allowing it as well. I have reported about this company to UK regilations and singapore authorities as well. Don't get their service at all.
