Such a disappointment!
I placed an order for the Midnight Desire Black Sheer Lace Floral Appliqué Maxi Dress and the website stated it would be delivered within 4-8 working days. After there being no updates on my order 10 days later, I decided to contact them. That’s when they decided to tell me that the dress was on back order. Something I wasn’t told before! I explained I needed the dress ASAP and asked for a delivery estimate, instead of providing that they decided to cancel my order. Customer service was polite and responsive. However I was extremely disappointed that they accepted my order and didn’t mention the dress was not available. I also didn’t like how they decided to cancel my order without my asking. The dress is still being advertised on their website with the same misleading timeframe. I am now left with having to find an alternative dress at short notice.
