Returns to Hong Kong are expensive and a hassle
The purse I ordered was fine but was bulkier than I had expected. Because the site had stated '30 day money back guarantee on returns, hassle free' I expected just that. The website doesn't say that goods have to be returned to Hong Kong, which means it's expensive to send them back. I was offered 15% refund and told to keep the goods. I wrote a 3* review mentioning this hassle, and then they offered me a full refund if I rewrote the review and made it a 5*. I consider this unethical as the whole point of TrustPilot is to help other customers, so I have now downgraded the review to a 2*.
