Fairness in customer service
I turned to Mechdiy to purchase several consoles. The service has always been excellent and prompt, but after purchasing the Ambernic RG 557, they really outdid themselves. Unfortunately, the console had several issues. Once I reported the problem, they immediately helped me resolve it, and then (once they realized it couldn't be resolved) they sent me a completely new console. Excellent as always.
