Good esims, most of the time. Bad customer service!
Most of the time I’m using the Sims from Airalo. Recently visited Iceland, and the speed was unacceptably low reaching out to customer service is almost impossible. Same goal for one eSIM I purchased for Turks and Caicos islands. It never connected to the Internet even after all the solutions provided by a customer care and for both I did not get a refund. So most of the times product works, but in case there’s a problem, Customer Service is really lacking.
