Third Party Apps
When I checked the discover app feature in the Coinstore Exchange app. I noticed some third party apps that are not affiliated to Coinstore exchange. And when I wanted clicking it. There's was a warning that this is a risky app. And whatever is the outcome is at the users risk. And I also believed that those who said they lost Money on qoupi which is a third party app didn't manage their risk well. And in every profit there's a risk. So trade wisely and do your own research before using these third party apps this is my observation thank you.

I chatted the customer support on the 27th of November and I noticed I got a prompt response, during their own working timezones. Because the exchange uses Singapore working timezones and real human need to be on sit to attend to customers. So if you didn't get a swift response then know that, it's not Their working Time at the moment.
