“Never buy from this Company. Their trading standards and customer service practices are appalling. They do not advertise their products honestly, as they purport the shoes to be orthopaedic, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The shoes were made with thin, flimsy plastic, 2 sizes smaller than ordered with evidence of parts of the shoe being badly glued together. I chased them up many times for shipping details, which they were never able to provide. After 4 weeks, when I attempted to cancel the order and get a refund, the elusive package miraculously arrived. It’s taken many emails over many weeks requesting a return address and full refund. They began offering me a 15% refund or a 15% discount on my next order and to give the shoes to charity!! Every email it increases to 15%, 20% refund etc! This fraudulent company has breached every rule in the book in regard to Customer’s Rights. Do not get fooled and throw your money away to these cowboys.”
