A parent shared their experience after enrolling their child with Turito for competitive exam preparation and honestly it was very disappointing. You don’t just enrol and leave it to them. As a parent you end up doing everything yourself. Watching class recordings to check teaching quality, reminding tutors to give homework, following up constantly for structure and progress. In some cases even arranging study material. It becomes your responsibility to make the system work. Finding a good tutor is also trial and error. You may go through multiple tutors before you find someone who actually teaches well, and by then a lot of time is already lost. The only point of contact is the relationship manager whose role seems limited to scheduling or rescheduling sessions. There is no real ownership of outcomes. Support tickets are raised, automated responses come in, and then the ticket gets closed without any actual resolution. There is a lot of focus on enrolling you into a program, but once that is done, the support and accountability drop significantly. Parents considering this should go in with their eyes open. This is not a structured hands off tutoring service.
