Received a defective pair of Nike dunks at premium price
Absolutely disappointing and this will be my last purchase with Novelship. Purchased Nike panda dunks at premium (double retail price) only to receive a defective pair that should never pass QC. Large glue stains everywhere, and both the toe boxes were damaged/deformed, looked like one side got hit by something sharp. If someone actually did a QC/authentication check, they would not have let this pair pass. Reached out to CS support using the app (there is no contact number) with multiple photos of the defect shoes and no reply or response from them. Really wanted to support a Singapore company but this is just a horrible experience.
