Awesome Customer Service
I've had Any Video Converter Ultimate for almost 9 years now and I have loved it. I started running into issues and assumed it was something I was doing wrong, but finally tried reaching out to the company to see if there was an update I was missing. Eco, the rep, helped me out by introducing me to v9 (I had v7) and sent me the link to download. I haven't had a moment to play with all the new features yet, but I am so much more impressed with what I see than with what I've had up to this point. I can't say enough about the product support team and how quickly they responded. Honestly, it was a Hail Mary thought to even reach out but I'm glad I did. I very much recommend this product
