Quality USA Made Cooler. Fantastic and Friendly Folks
I rate my purchase experience with Bison a perfect five stars. I had a few questions prior to the purchase. I called and got a very helpful person on the line right away. I had a follow up question that I emailed, and I had an immediate response to that. I thought COVID had killed responsive customer service. Absolutely not so with the friendly folks at Bison. After the questions were answered to my satisfaction I placed an order for a 125 QT cooler. I ordered the cooler on a Tuesday and had it at my front door 48 hours later. I can't yet comment on the ice keeping capabilities, but I can say it is very well built. The latches are very user friendly and intuitive, as are the double drains. The handles seem comfortable too. If it was mentioned or pictured on their website I missed that the cooler has dark flecks in both the white top and the blue sides. I think it will help hide grime, but that's something purchasers may want to know. It feels good to support an American company staffed by great people and who build a quality product right here in the USA.
