Hanbee was AMAZING!
Second time using Simple Citizen and the experience was just as amazing! I used Simple Citizen for my initial Marriage Based Green card application and worked with Shelby who blew my mind with the outstanding service she provided. Because of this experience, I decided to trust Simple Citizen again with my Removal of Conditions application 2 years later. To be quite honest, I was a little nervous, thinking I may not have a case manager as good as Shelby, in which I quickly realized was a dumb worry. Hanbee, my new case manager, was just as diligent, proactive and patient with my case! She was outstandingly fast, and also such a sweet heart as she gave me (an over-thinker) reassurance every step of the way. On top of that, I paid more this time to use their attorney services and the experience overall was great! Our attorney Diana gave us great advice that allowed me to feel confident with my application. Thank you for the services you provide, you guys are really a game changer in this industry!
