4 star for keeping things together for a flight where I lost my passport between the manual ID checking and gangway during boarding. Staff were accommodating to answer my question. At the end it was a passenger who handed it to the air crew and when I got to the plane I spotted my passport and they handed it over to me. It's not all credit to AA I know, but they had time for brief enquiries.
