I got my passport on time but I would like to point out a few misleading details. 1 - The communication that you provided is nowhere near what you say you will do. The last update I got on my order was on Aug 12 after I reached out to customer service directly. I enend up tracking the process on my own and good thing I did because I was never notified that my passport was being shipped to me. (What if I wasn't home) 2 - Doesn't matter if I was home or not for the delivery because they shipped it to my billing address and not my shipping address. The one good thing I will say is they made it easy to fill out the forms but I feel like I could have also done that myself and saved $200
