Himiway have always been excellent with their customer support. Any issues I have had, they have resolved very quickly and professionally. I've had a couple of occurrences where I needed support and have spoken to Jeana. Jeana has always been helpful and resolved any issues. I have the Himiway Zebra (D5) and highly recommend Himiway and this model in particular.
