Only patial payment in 10-15 days?
Once the phone connection worked it was a pleasure to speak with Anna who is I think, helping me with my full refund procedure. But only mentioned the partial payment (within 10-15 business days) for now but didn't mention the balance on my receipt. I've written to Serena but no reply. For the full refund receipt.
