This is the worst ticket website I have ever used. I've tried it twice (I thought the first time might be unfortunate) but clearly not. My husband bought Richard Marx tickets in 2019 which, like most other things, had to be rescheduled. The absolute palaver to get these tickets re-issued beggars belief. No-one ever does what they say they will - "we have to escalate it to the relevant department" - but don't. No only do they charge extortionate prices but their customer services are appalling. Dont touch with a barge pole would be my advice.
