Wonderful Product, Incredible Service!
The product is wonderful and I was completly satisfied with taste, texture, and ingredients. But what I was most impressed with was the service when I had with difficulty cancelling. The customer service and resolutions team were amazing! Immediate responses to my concerns and truly cared about my experience. Below is my actual email response: "Thank you Rose, I truly appreciate your time and concern and apologize if I've been a bit forceful. As I'm sure you can understand with the amount of scams, fraud, and spam we are all bombarded with daily, I'm a bit exhausted with it all 😤 It means a lot that companies still operate with customer service at the forefront! I will definitely consider becoming a customer again in the future!"
