City-Link Express is an unreliable courier service. My parcel has been stuck at their SiJangkang facility for days!! no updates! Calling customer service makes my blood boil having to speak to RUDE people manning their customer service lines. Shopee should remove them from their delivery partner list. City-Link Express is not recommended at all! Do not risk your parcels with them, totally unreliable!!
