Earlier in the day I had some issues with my email. The issue was resolved in a timely manner, and I was pleased with the outcome. I purchased the Removeme software and in setting up the app, I could not get the password to take. That tech transferred me to another tech and a new ticket number. The password problem was resolved and I was happy. Signed out of the computer for a while and when I went to log back into my email, all apps and passwords were gone. The tech I worked with previously was on another call, so they put me in touch with a new tech. He was so helpful and got the problem resolved within an hour. He was so patient with me and just listened to my ranting. Thank you, US TECH Support for always fixing my issues. Sandy Sperring
