Incredibly Products, Great Customer Service
To start, I LOVE all of Grids products. I have 4 of them on the wall in my office and keep buying more because I think they're so cool. If you're into older tech you will LOVE these. They're customer service is also great. I ordered two and accidentally flipped 2 numbers in my address and the carrier couldn't deliver it. I tried to contact them but the package just got stuck somewhere while being returned and I couldn't recover it. The customer service team responded promptly and resolved my issue without any questions even though i was the one who made the mistake. They sent me $300 worth of replacement products promptly. Thanks so much Grid! Great company.
