Personable, polite, exceptional associates!
Mary was efficient, personable and helpful at the counter at Orlando A airport. The gentleman (don’t know name, older) tried so VERY hard to get the APPLEplay to work, but without GPS, the Highlander was not acceptable. Then we were taken care of by Luis! He was so patient & tried so hard to find a vehicle with working GPS for us. This young man went above and beyond helping us, while managing many other customers. You have a top notch representation in Luis. I tried to call his manager directly, but I only had “800” numbers. I feel it’s important to recognize such a versatile, resourceful, and conscientious representative. Well done!
