Great customer service experience
I placed my 1st and 2nd order and 1 item didn’t ship for weeks, although the other items I’d ordered shipped very quickly and were perfect. When BL didn’t reach out to me to let me know what was going on, I contacted them for an update. I got a reply within 12 hours, which was really impressive. I was advised of the issue and offered 2 resolutions, both of which would have satisfactorily resolved the issue. I elected to get a refund and it was processed within hours. Once I made contact, BL was very responsive and polite - much moreso than many other retailers. I didn’t get the runaround and it was just an overall great customer service experience. I wish they’d communicated with me first, but I am very pleased with them otherwise. I will happily continue to shop with BL.
