You took my money 3 weeks ago and zero communication about any delay. When I attempted to cancel my subscription I received an error message that prevented me from even getting to the screen to do that. I reached out to your support team and asked to have my subscription cancelled and a refund as I didn’t get my last shipment. They did cancel it but told me they couldn’t refund as it was already shipped. I asked why I never got a shipping confirmation and was then told there was a delay but “ We’re pleased to let you know that your package has already reached the final stage of the shipping process and has been finalized for shipment.” So you lied that it had already shipped and just refused to refund me even though I no longer want your product as you can’t seem to manage running a supply chain well. You can have the best product on the market but if you can’t reliably ship it or provide decent customer service you won’t survive.
