Caution when making purchases
Caution when making purchases! I placed an order on May 6th, which was supposedly shipped on May 23rd. I then waited for some time. On July 13th, after asking several times, I finally received a response stating that my address was incorrect and asking me to provide the correct address. However, the address was correct, and I told them that if shipping was not possible, they should refund the purchase price because I did not want to wait any longer. I received no response to this. On July 19th, I sent another email asking why I was not receiving a response, but I received no response to that either. On July 28th, I tried again to request a refund or stated that I would take legal action. I also received no response to this. I will now contact a lawyer. Everyone who is experiencing the same problem should do the same!
