My experience with "Spartan BladesClub / Chens Swords 1892." I first became aware of this forge through one of Sifu Chen's Instagram posts featuring a Jian sword. I was impressed by how the combination of craftsmanship techniques, processing methods, and design brought out the unique character of each raw material and united them into a harmonious whole. After contacting Chens Swords, I quickly realized that I was dealing with more than just a traditional craft workshop. Subsequent conversations revealed that the person I was speaking with is a master craftsman who not only understands and has mastered his materials but also knows how to tailor them to the customer's specific needs. My order—a small Wenwan Jian sword—has since arrived, and I am absolutely thrilled. It is a beautifully crafted piece of exceptional quality. After my first training session with the Jian, it was clear that the quality goes far beyond mere aesthetics. I received a perfectly balanced sword that handles quickly and precisely, boasting excellent cutting characteristics. My conclusion is that this forge does not sell a single sword that they do not fully stand behind with their craftsmanship and honor. Thorben Hoppe
