On June 10th I purchased a Cronos gmt pepsi & was satisfied with watch. 07/10/21- Purchased a Cronos Turtle bronze and upon receiving it I immediately noticed that crown movement and screw in was defective. I decided to live with it. 08/01/21- on about this date WATCHDIVES was informed that the bronze watch would no longer wind with the crown & I wanted a replacement or repair. I was told to make a video showing the problem which I did so. 08/06/21- I contacted seller & asked if they has received the video they requested. 08/06/21- Watchdives informed me that they were on a annual holiday & would get back to me asap. 08/16/21- WATCHDIVES finally responded & instructed me to ship watch back to China at my cost for repairs. I responded to Watchdives and told them that the watch was defective from the beginning so I would not agree to pay shipping to China. 08/19/21- WATCHDIVES agreed to send me a shipping label. 08/28/21- Still no shipping label so I contacted Watchdives. They informed me that shipping label was sent & to check in my spam box. NO LABEL....They said they would send a second label but not done. Basically if you purchase a watch from WATCHDIVES you will get a good price but you will be rolling the dice because if the watch is defective you will be in for some grief. I have a fairly large collection of watches but NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE WITH ANY OTHER SELLER. I even received a Seagull 1963 from AliExpress and they took care of the issue immediately. If you buy from Watchdives beware. When all said & done I have a Cronos bronze that will only run a few minutes and can't be wound. 08/06/21-
