Beware, shady business practices. SCAM
Booked a ticket that they cancelled within 24h and did not notify. Only found out when called the carrier few days later. On top of that, they signed me up for their membership program that charges $50 per month. Tried to contact them over and over and over on the phone and email, but no success. Only responded after I threatened to report them. Reason they cancelled is due to them not being able to verify this was not a fraudulent transaction. They never called or emailed me or attempted to contact the bank to contact the card holder to verify it was not fraudulent. However, they still kept the membership active, which to me means they are ok using stolen credit card for membership but not ok to book with airline since airline can penalize them. STAY AWAY, read reviews bellow me, too many bad experiences is NOT COINCIDENCE. They are not an honest company, I am lucky to call the airline and not show up at the airport and NOT HAVE A FLIGHT. They clearly do not care for their passengers or their experiences. There are too many good travel agencies out there to give these shady people any money and risk having your flight cancelled for no reason and not being notified!!! They are also doing business as UNPUB.COM. Beware of them too
