Hik Vision is so bad
Hik Vision is so bad, i can't put into words how bad it is. It was installed by a professional, even he struggled with the non existent instructions. As for recording, if nothing moves in the picture, then fine, but if you are wanting to pick up something moving. No chance. As for the play back system, it jumps forwards and backwards, it's no use whatsoever. As for the customer service, don't even go there. I even went into the Hik Vision shop, over the Riverside ind est in Middlesbrough. What a bunch of ignorant, arrogant (i won't put a swear word here as it will no doubt get deleted) but you get my drift. Save your time and money and go else where. I've had mine about 2 years, and it's defo getting changed. If i could give 0 stars. I would I wonder if the only people giving this a decent rating either work for the Hiccup Joke Vision or are on commission with them. No way, can you give this product or customer service more than 1 star
