Very unreliable and poor service
I've had numerous orders just flat canceled on me after receiving a confirmation email that the order was accepted. They never told me what the problem was until I asked them about the issue. Then they told me first it was because the billing and shipping addresses were different which their website allowed me to set. Then they complained because I was using Amex. Finally, I made sure that I used Visa and made the addresses the same Then they canceled me again, and again they neve told me why. VERY UNRELIABLE, and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their phone number must be a Google phone number because it doesnt even work all the time. It told me "this number is temporarily unavailable". How sketchy is that?
