Totally agree. Very disappointed frustrated. Worst ever banking . I would not even rate 1 star. Zero star. This bank mentioned they do not send statement electronically. While I did not received the statement for 9 months already. Calling and emails many times still not sorted out. What kind of bank that do not send electronic statement these days. Are we living in ancient times? Huh...Please do not ever bank with UOB. Not the first complaint I have ever heard. Many has same issue. Thumb up they still survive until today with this kind of service and manner to customers.....
