there's lots to like...but
there's lots to like about easeus...they have a very effective data recovery wizard that's easy to download and set up...they have excellent customer service...but i didn't like a couple features and the most minor irritant was the price... the price was costly in my opinion, the price of an entire mid quality used computer on ebay or a new 2 TB data drive....but that's the most minor problem the real problem was scan interpretation....it takes about 3 clicks to trigger a 9 hour scan that produces millions and millions of results that sort of sit there....there is nothing intuitive about what to do next i would have abandoned the data recovery and asked for a refund except for the fact that i was able to engage with an artificial intelligence agent and over the course of many hours the agent guided me through all the tunnels and nooks and crannies and it generated powershell programs and whatever was necessary to make some progress in data interpretation and recovery as a result i recovered the data i wanted, but i think it would have been next to impossible without the ai agent doing the guidance i would use easeus data recovery again, but only because the ai agent walked me through the results and did the recovery heavy lifting
