20+ years a runner, 5 years a coach
After over twenty years as a runner--of 5K's to Marathons-- getting shoes from RRSports, I can say that I have been totally happy. Here are some examples: I bought my mom shoes hoping she would get into serious walking. She didn't, but said she was going to return the shoes--many months after my giving them to her. RRS accepted them with no questions. I had a running groups of 7-8 graders and I met them many times at the RRS store in CM, CA. The employees were great with the kids, and I was able to extend my VIP benefits to them! How much more awesome can it get!? I have bought about 47 pairs of running shoes from RRS. The date I am giving as the date of experience will be the approximate date or receiving my first pair of just-for-walking shoes. :-)
