Software didn't work. Was refused money back despite 30 day money back guarantee. Is now resolved.
Edited after resolution. I bought the software, used it once and it didn't work. The job I had for it should be able to be handled by any data recovery software which was to recover files from a working drive. What I got from it was 500 gigs of useless broken files because it seemed to poorly guess where the files began and ended. After comparing working versions of some of the files with non working ones in hex code it appears EaseUS was either cutting off data from the front or end of each file. After only 2 days from purchase I asked for my money back as they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee. They refused to issue me a refund instead offering me a year for free of their software that didn't work. Then they offered me half my money back. After filing a complaint with paypal and posting here and pissed consumer they did finally agree to give me my money back. This is resolved but It was a very frustrating experience. If you advertise that you have a 30 day money back policy you should honor it, not require customers to make this big of a fuss. Buyer beware.
