They are scammers and they do not let you return an item or exchange it. You think it is from the USA but it is from China. No matter how many times you send them the info they do not respond.
This company are in fact from China. You place an order and it states the the products are quilled. This is incorrect. Then they state you can have a refund. When you send them repeatedly the info they requested they still do not let you send something back to either get a refund or get another one that you want. I am 80 years of age and am not very mobile. I wanted one of the items as a gift but it was not what I thought I had ordered. Still no reply from them and I will never by anything from them again and on line. These companies are scamming the public.
