Off to a great start!
I was very intrigued when I first read about Proven. After almost six months, I can say that I really love my skin care. Having only 3 things to deal with makes it easy, and the products are effective. As far as things that could be done better, I can think of 2. First, one of my shipments was delayed for 2 weeks because they could not get one ingredient. When I contacted customer service, they told me of the issue and said there was another ingredient that they could substitute, if I was ok with that. Really, they should have contacted me as to why there was a delay and what options I had. Second, I think the size of daytime treatment does not match the other two. I always run out of that first, at least a week or two before the others. Since the instructions tell you to reapply throughout the day, it would make sense to make it a little larger. All in all, I am very happy and have referred several friends and family members to Proven.
