A scam: they don't care about backers and payments
I bought a CZUR LENS Pro - Ultimate Document & File Scanner in September 2021, with an expected delivery date of Wed Dec 15 2021. I never received the product. I wrote to their support, but they answered that they were not in charge of these questions. They don't care: they just said to contact Indiegogo. I wrote to Indiegogo with the proof of payment, and they just answered by sending a survey to fill in. They didn't say they will contact the Czur company or refund me, no, nothing but their survey. That's Indiegogo and CZUR.
