Worst of the worst I ordered a tripod, funny part begins that you have to find out yourself by using a third-party tracking platform for who is delivering your parcel when it reaches the UK as there is no info from Yun Express. Anyway, Royal mail lost my parcel (misdelivered) apparently because K&F Concept chose no signature required. Got lost parcel reference from Royal Mail which I have provided to K&F Concept as it is for them to make claim against Royal Mail and yet K&F Concept refuses to issue the refund but offers to buy another tripod with a 50% discount. What a joke! After endless emails with K&F Concept, I came to the conclusion they are either ignorant of the existence of the duty or they use a translator to communicate in English as their reply doesn't make any sense at all. In the process to take legal actions. UPDATE TO THE REPLY: I have stated in my previous email conversations I was not at home at the time Royal Mail claims they have delivered the item, but you obviously decided to ignore that!!!
