I noticed there was another review similar to mine. On April 26, I ordered a pair of navy blue Pallotto pants for Mother’s Day, which was over the time needed to ship it and receive it. It never said it was back ordered. So after nine days and reading that it was still being processed, it hadn’t been shipped. I called and I was told he didn’t know what where they were or what they were doing and that he would have to send a note to higher up to find out where it was, which would take at least 24 hours which turned out to be no return call no email so I called again this time I was told it’s not coming till July!!!! I would’ve had enough time to purchase something else for Mother’s Day from them that I was told this! They had the nerve to say I was notified, and it might’ve gone to my spam or junk mail, which I check all the time it never was sent to me. I immediately canceled and still haven’t received my credit. I am very disappointed to say the least and will not do business with them again. I have since sent them several more emails telling them how dissatisfied. Since I’m not the first one to have it this kind of problem I would hesitate from purchasing from them if it’s something you need right away.
