Shady business ethics.
What a dishonest, greedy, money grab! Today was the last time I will be using this app, as they hit me with two additional surcharges, making what was a $27 walk, $41 due to holiday. This was not stated at time of booking, and representation of shady business ethics. Be better you slime balls.
