Why I dont use Citylink
I used Parcelhub. The guy is great and very helpful Initially they recommended XXX service, which I found really terrible. After seeing their service, this nice guy apologised for recommending them. Next he suggested Citylink. I thought this is a good brand. The service must be good too. Sooo bad. Customer complained of the delivery guy poor behaviour. Parcel never arrived on time. Minimum 3 days within Klang Valley. Some took more than a week. Well for outstation, never arrived within reasonable time. So come a day, their outstation outlet was closed due to Covid, and we never know when it will be opened. My parcel stuck there. No choice. I have to use other YYY courier service. To my surprise, next day it arrived outstation. I continued using YYY service since then, and its always next day arrival. I talked to the nice guy. He understood the situation, but he can't do much as Parcelhub is stuck with Citylink. Normal parcel delivery with Pos Malaysia is much better compared to Citylink.
