The AliExpress seller operates under names like Voltaro Eu ebike, GreenBike Europe, and the like, shipping goods from Poland. Communication with the seller is poor, and they fail to provide sales documentation (such as a tax invoice). I had a bad experience trying to return an item; the seller refused to issue a refund, so AliExpress had to step in and process it instead.
