I booked a ticket for four persons in spice jet from chennai to delhi through this happy easy go website toatl amount was 29,000 rs. Spice jet cancelled the flight due to operational reason and ask us to book alternate flight one day after which i canoot do due to business meeting. We asked happy easy go and they request us to cancel with full refund and we did it and booked alternate indigo flight. The money they returned is 8900 rs only. They have deducted 20000 rs.Even the reliance insurance did not want to pay us.
