I have two Growatt SPF3000TL LVM-ES 3kW inverters operating in Split Phase> One inverter failed more than a month ago. I have made numerous attempts to contact Growatt for customer service. My emails are referred to their website in the PRC where they are ignored. I will now replace the Growatt Inverters with products that the manufacturer supports. This company has zero customer service. Hard lesson learned
I have made repeated attempts to contact Growatt Tech Support and Customer Service via email. Growatt has responded to my previous TrustPilot post with an email address that also goes unanswered and with an assurance they will contact me. Needless to say they haven't contacted me. Service requests via the ShinePhone App have also been ignored for more than a year now. I am now looking to replace my Growatt inverters with a manufacturer who responds to their customers.
This is the reply from Growatt to my previous review; 'Dear Customer, Thank your for choosing Growatt products. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. can you please provide your email address via Trustpilot that i have sent the request information. then my colleague who based in Philippines will contact you soon . or you can email to jonas.jentilizo@growatt where one of our operators will assist you. Best regards, Growatt As with emails to the main address, emails to the address provided are unanswered.
I have had two installed Growatt inverters since 2022. While initially the company responded to customer service concerns via their Shine Phone App, they no longer respond Emails to the main service support address get an automated response directing to a nonexistent service portal
